Davidoff’s Year of the Horse Limited Edition Cigar pays homage to the vitality and elegance of the Year of the Horse. This cigar is made from six hybrid seeds developed in-house by Davidoff over seven years, and uses Dominican tobacco aged up to ten years. Its blend delivers a rich and layered aroma, incorporating notes of cream, chocolate, and roasted hazelnuts, with a long and lingering finish.

The Toro Especial is a unique size for this cigar, hand-rolled by Davidoff’s most experienced master cigar rollers. Each cigar has a ring gauge of 55 and a length of 165 mm, offering 70 to 90 minutes of enjoyment with a medium-bodied flavor. The initial puff reveals sweet cream, milk chocolate, and roasted nuts, followed by subtle hints of spices, herbs, and earthy leather, finishing with aromas of roasted hazelnuts, black pepper, and cocoa.

The 2026 Year of the Horse limited edition cigars are presented in an exquisite dark natural wood box, retaining the auspicious red color symbolizing the Lunar New Year. The interior design is inspired by equestrian sports: the stitched green frame resembles a saddle pad, while the detachable leather strap echoes the reins, showcasing an elegant style. The inner lid is engraved with the Davidoff logo and a horseshoe motif, subtly reinforcing the auspicious meaning. Each cigar features a green ribbon, green being one of the lucky colors for horses. Furthermore, a numbered collector’s coin is included in the cigar box, offering a special surprise for collectors.
