Cigar care
Once the quality stabilizes, the cigar will become more consistent in terms of moisture and softness within three weeks, allowing you to better appreciate its flavor and quality when smoking. If it can be aged for three months, its oil content will become more refined and the flavor more even. After two to three years, the cigar will reach a state of even greater moisture, oil content, and flavor.
The standard temperature for a humidification chamber is 16-20℃, and the standard humidity is 65-75%.
Cuba uses a coding system for T-codes, assigning codes according to the product’s age. You can find the information you need on their official website. If you cannot find it, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Quality inspectors will visually inspect the packaging before the products leave the warehouse to ensure that the packaging is intact. The packaging will generally not be opened again during the process to avoid unnecessary damage to the products.
Burst

The cigar is too dry, with prominent veins on the leaf surface, cracks and bumps on the tip, and a dry feel. When squeezed, it makes a slight crackling sound.
Cigar Worms

Tiny holes the size of pinholes appear on the surface of the cigar, and worms fall out from the butt. Cigars infested with cigar worms should be removed as soon as possible to prevent infecting other cigars.
Blue-green mold

If cigars remain in constant contact with water or are stored in a very humid environment, destructive blue-green fungus can grow, affecting both the cigars and the humidor. Cigars infested with blue-green fungus should be destroyed, and the humidor should be thoroughly cleaned and dried. All other infected cigars should be removed and never stored with healthy cigars.
White mold

Compared to blue-green mold, white mold is less harmful to cigars. Usually, you can simply wipe it off gently from the wrapper. Since cigars are living agricultural products, mold is a common symptom, so there’s no need to panic. Just wipe off the white mold with a tissue; it generally won’t affect the taste.
