• How do I participate in the New Member Referral Program?

You can invite friends to register as Monarch Cigar members by sharing your referral link.

• When your friend completes their first order (any amount) within 90 days, you will receive a 5-coin reward. We will notify you of the coin deposit via email.

Is there a limit to the number of friends I can refer?

• There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer. The more you refer, the more rewards you receive!

How do I earn and use my referral rewards?

• When your friend completes a qualifying order, you will receive a 5-coin reward within 7 business days, equivalent to $5.

The coin reward is valid for 90 days and can be accumulated or used immediately for your next order.

• How do I know how many of my referred customers have completed orders and how much referral reward I have earned?

You can check the number of people you have referred and the referral rewards you have earned through the program page. However, due to customer privacy, we cannot disclose customer transaction and membership details to you.

• Is there any remedial plan if my friend forgets or does not use my referral link when registering?

We apologize, but retroactive referrals are not possible under any circumstances. Please register as a member through the invitation link.

Terms and Conditions

• The promotion period for the New Member Referral Program is from December 27, 2023 until further notice.

• New Member 1 (“Referee”) who completes registration through the invitation link will receive an additional USD$10 coupon, which will be instantly credited to their member account.

If the Referee completes any purchase 2 within 90 days, the existing customer (“Referrer”) will receive a 5-coin reward (valid for 90 days).

• Referral rewards will be credited to the referrer’s account within 7 business days after the referred person completes a qualifying order.

• If the referred person cancels an order, the referrer will not receive the corresponding referral reward.

• There is no limit to the number of times a referrer can share an invitation link or code. A member who makes more than one qualifying invitation will receive more than one referral reward.

• The referred person must register using the referral link and cannot register later.

• The referrer and the referred person cannot be the same person.

• Under no circumstances can referral rewards be transferred, exchanged for cash, redeemed, or refunded. If you post any promotional content containing reward links or voucher codes, you must ensure that all content complies with applicable legal requirements, including disclosure requirements that may be imposed in your country.

• If you are found to have engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, Monarch Cigars reserves the right to suspend or freeze your account, including modifying or adjusting any rewards you may have earned.

• Monarch Cigars reserves the right to add, change, or delete relevant terms and conditions without prior notice.

• Monarch Cigars reserves the right to decide, change, or terminate the New Member Referral Program. In any event of dispute, our decision shall be final and binding.

• New customers are defined as those who have never registered a member account on this site and have never conducted any transactions (including Monarch Cigars International Edition and Monarch Cigars Hong Kong Edition).

• No limit on spending amount, category, or order quantity.

• The order is considered complete once all products in the order have been shipped.

• Includes order cancellation under any circumstances
