Orders and Shipments
-
- We have three registered bonded warehouses in Hong Kong, including a Hong Kong duty-free warehouse and a registered warehouse.
- All goods entering and leaving the warehouses are subject to strict supervision and registration by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Customs and Excise Department.
- The warehouses maintain constant temperature and humidity year-round, ensuring cigars are stored in optimal condition.
- A sophisticated automated logistics system improves the efficiency of the delivery process.

As our tobacco products are stored in bonded warehouses and are subject to strict supervision by the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department, all import and export of tobacco products require declaration and application for import/export licenses from the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department. The approval process takes three to five working days (based on Hong Kong public holidays) before shipment (depending on the carrier arranged).
After you purchase goods from [website name – implied], your package will be mailed from our duty-free warehouse in Hong Kong to your current location/destination. For details regarding the specific procedures after shipment, please refer to “About the Carrier” and “Instructions for International Parcels from Your Current Location/Destination Country or Region”.
We will arrange a suitable carrier to deliver your ordered goods to provide you with a better shopping experience.
The approval time for the above is three to five working days (based on Hong Kong public holidays). After your order payment is completed, the delivery time for the products depends on the arranged carrier, please refer to the following instructions:
(1) Tobacco products: Three to five working days.
(2) All smoking accessories (including humidors, ashtrays, cigar cutters, lighters, and cigar covers): Three working days.
※Due to differences in international mail processing times in different countries or regions, arrival times may vary.

The website’s automated logistics system arranges the delivery order of website orders according to the principle of fair shipping. If the system’s shipping schedule for the accumulated incomplete orders in your account (such as orders with a status of “Processing”) exceeds 60 business days (if affected by holidays or other force majeure events, the shipping schedule will be postponed to the next business day, subject to the actual scheduling time), the system will be unable to create a new order for you. You can try adjusting the quantity of items in the same order, or wait until you receive the items in other orders (complete other orders) before making another purchase.
After shipment, you will receive an “Order Shipment Notification” email with the tracking number. You can then log in to the carrier’s website or app to track the shipment in real time.
You can also log in to your website account at any time to view shipment information and proof of purchase. Please follow these steps:
Shipping Information: Log in to your account ➤ Shipment and Proof ➤ Tracking Number ➤ Shipping Details
Proof of Purchase: Log in to your account ➤ Shipment and Proof ➤ Proof of Purchase
The proof of purchase will list the product contents, quantity, and shipping costs (if applicable).
The bill of lading will list the actual value of the goods.
Delivery Time: Approximately three to ten business days. Delivery time varies depending on factors such as customs clearance, security checks, force majeure, and the size of the destination country or region.
To ensure smooth customs clearance, please verify the recipient’s mobile phone number and name on their valid ID to ensure consistency. If necessary, please register and log in to the carrier’s website or app to match your package.
Some carriers offer complete customs clearance services including prepayment of taxes. Therefore, taxes are payable upon delivery. The carrier will notify the recipient of the tax amount before delivery. If the customer refuses to pay the taxes, the package will not be delivered, and the customer will have abandoned the package.
In some countries or regions, local carriers will prepay import taxes (such as customs duties, VAT, consumption tax, etc.) and incur a corresponding service fee for this prepaid tax amount. The customer must pay the carrier the prepaid taxes and corresponding service fee upon receipt of the package. If the customer refuses to pay, we will not be able to waive this fee, and the purchased goods may be returned or destroyed.
If the customs clearance documents provided by the customer are incorrect or duplicate recipient information is provided, resulting in customs clearance failure, the package will be considered abandoned and no reshipment will be arranged without further notice.
If the photos or documents provided by the customer are unclear or other issues, delays may occur. If valid identification documents are not uploaded within the deadline (please refer to the example below), the package may be returned or destroyed, and the recipient will be solely responsible.
Customs in your location/destination country or region may require the recipient to handle international parcel clearance procedures. All import taxes, duties, and related fees in your location/destination are your responsibility to handle and bear.
Therefore, we recommend that you contact your local customs authority before placing an order with us to understand the clearance procedures and confirm all the aforementioned import-related taxes and fees.
The carrier will contact you directly via SMS, phone, or letter to inform you of the parcel’s arrival status and detailed information regarding import taxes. There are two main types:
(1) Direct notification of the total tax amount
Different countries or regions have different tax rates based on the value of the international parcel. Generally, the message will notify you of the arrival, specify the tax amount, and the payment method.
(2) Online completion and submission of relevant declarations
After receiving the notification of arrival, customs or the carrier will require the recipient to complete the tax payment and clearance procedures. Generally, valid identification documents, payment records, and proof of purchase (to prove the parcel’s value) will be required. Detailed information will be provided according to your local customs requirements.
Upon pickup, you may be required to sign a product receipt confirmation, thereby assuming sole responsibility for the ordered products. If the recipient is not the original buyer, or in the case of a gift shipment, you accept their signature as evidence of delivery and fulfillment of your order, and you agree to transfer related responsibilities in the same manner.
Please note: Import-related taxes and fees will not be refunded upon return or exchange. If you choose to exchange, you will be required to pay the import-related taxes and fees again in your current location/destination; we are not responsible for any such import-related taxes and fees.
