Credit cards have a monthly credit limit. If your remaining credit limit is insufficient, you will be unable to complete the payment.
Example: Your monthly credit limit is $10,000 USD, but you have already spent $9,000 USD. Now, to pay for an order of $1,500 USD, your credit card cannot complete the payment. How to solve this?
1) You can apply to your bank to increase your credit card’s monthly credit limit.
2) If your order amount exceeds the single payment limit, you can directly contact our online customer service. We can split the order amount into several payment links. For example, if your order amount is $5,000 USD, we will split it into several payment links, each costing approximately $700 USD to $1,000 USD, making it easier for you to complete the payment successfully.
As your order will immediately enter the automated logistics allocation process after payment, the system will apply for an export certificate within a set time to facilitate inventory preparation and shipment. Please contact our online customer service or log in to your member account within two hours after payment. If you do not notify us within the specified time, we regret that we will be unable to cancel or change any orders that have entered the automated logistics process. We will arrange a suitable carrier to deliver your ordered goods to provide you with a better shopping experience. Please click on “Shipping Instructions and Time” and “About Carriers” for details.
The above approval time is three to five working days (based on Hong Kong public holidays). After your order payment is completed, the shipping time for the products depends on the arranged carrier, please refer to the following instructions:
(1) Tobacco products: Three to five working days.
(2) All smoking accessories (including humidors, ashtrays, cigar cutters, lighters, and cigar covers): Three working days.
The website’s automated logistics system arranges the shipping order of website orders according to the principle of fair shipping. If the system’s shipping schedule time for the accumulated incomplete orders in your account (such as orders with the status “Processing”) exceeds 60 working days (if affected by holidays or other force majeure factors, the shipping schedule will be postponed to the next working day, subject to the actual scheduling time), the system will not be able to create a new order for you. You can try adjusting the quantity of items in the same order, or wait until you receive the other items in the order (complete the other order) before purchasing again.
After shipment, you will receive an “Order Shipment Notification” email with the tracking number. You can then log in to the carrier’s website or app to track the shipment in real time.

Customs in your location/destination country or region may require the recipient to handle international parcel clearance. All import taxes, duties, and related fees incurred in your location/destination country or region are your responsibility. Therefore, we recommend that you contact your local customs authority before placing an order to understand clearance procedures and confirm all import-related taxes and fees.
The carrier will contact you directly via SMS, phone, or letter to inform you of the parcel’s arrival status and detailed information regarding import taxes. There are two main methods:
(1) Direct notification of the total tax amount
(2) Online completion and submission of relevant declarations

We frequently travel to Europe and have staff stationed there to source Cuban cigars. We have established strong, long-term partnerships with Cuban cigar distributors in European countries such as Spain, the Netherlands, and Switzerland, ensuring the quality and sourcing of our cigars.
Once payment is received, your order will enter an automated logistics allocation process. The goods you are allocated must conform to the export standards of the respective source countries or regions; therefore, it is impossible to specify the source or version of the goods from a particular country or region.
You can also verify your order through a T-code. Cuba’s T-code coding system assigns codes based on the product’s age. You can find the information you need on the Habanos official website. If you cannot find it, please contact our online customer service.
