Quality Assurance
Load’s Cigars – Standard Quality Inspection (Applicable to World-Rated Brands and Machine-Rolled Cigars)
Load’s Cigars undergo an initial quality inspection or opening check upon arrival at the warehouse, and are then stored in a suitable environment. Quality inspectors visually inspect the packaging again before shipment to ensure its integrity, without reopening it during the process to avoid unnecessary damage.
Opening Inspection (Applicable to Cuban Hand-Rolled Cigars in the Order)
Quality inspectors will open the package again for a simple inspection of Cuban hand-rolled cigars in the order before shipment to ensure the product meets our shipping standards. Appropriate shock-absorbing materials are also arranged for different cigar types to minimize damage caused by temperature and humidity changes, bumps, etc., during transportation. Other world-renowned brand cigars in the order will be inspected according to the “Monarch Cigars Standard Quality Inspection” standards.
Cuban cigars, if purely hand-rolled, generally do not come with individual cellophane wrapping, providing only simple/basic protection and moisture retention. Therefore, Cuban cigars are accompanied by a humidifier when they leave the warehouse to stabilize their humidity.
All products are first sealed in cling film and then supplemented with additional shock-absorbing material before shipment to prevent damage during transit.
Cuban cigars, if hand-rolled, are generally not individually wrapped in cellophane, making them more prone to moisture loss and unstable condition. Therefore, we will include a humidifier during packaging to stabilize the humidity of the cigars during transportation.
